This collection is part of my own ongoing inquiry into the female experience as negotiated through the medium of fashion and textiles. Romantic, rebellious, subversive, hand touched and feminine; my work subverts techniques historically considered a 'women's craft', revealing a deep appreciation of the artisanal and how it can disrupt the sentimentality of archetypal garments.
